About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies strictly to the Canadian Program for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CPCIE) Course and, though it is consistent with the University of Regina’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Policy, does not apply to broader the University of Regina operations nor is it intended to replace that policy.

This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies and practices regarding the collection and use of information you submit to us or which we collect about you through the CPCIE Course and tells you of options to control or restrict the availability and use of your information. Wherever you reside or from whichever country you submit your data, you consent to our usage of your information, which is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is designed to help you understand what kind of information we collect in connection with our products and services and how we process and use such information. Throughout this Policy, “personal data” means information about an identified or identifiable individual (i.e., a natural person). ”Imagineur” refers to the University of Regina’s CPCIE Course, including all its affiliates from time to time (also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).
